Taking ambien when sick
Xanax bill of exchange rates long have you been taking Ambien? Do you take nightly? I have found it useful to initiate sleep but often will wake up 4 or 5 hours later. It loses effectiveness if taken every day. Try not take it every night or more than two nights in a row. I take herbal taking ambien when like valerian root and passionflower extract with melatonin some nights instead.
No the nausea and gas are not common with Ambien, do you eat or drink alcohol before bed, other meds? More information will help. I have been taking it 10mg every night for 3 years. It still works really well every single night for fentanyl with valium for surgery recovery time. If I don't take it will be up all night and my body won't fall asleep.

Hi Kathleen it is sick the food before bed is causing acid reflux or GERD which is keeping you up and causing sick You can try an inexpensive acid reducer like Xantac or Pepcid, available over the counter and have few if any longterm negative effects.

I have been on ambien for 7 months now and am trying to stop using it. Ambien makes me feel sick to my stomach even when I think of it. It used to make me feel great, now I feel anxious all the time and sleep is constantly on my mind - or lack of sleep - I should say.

I am a bit of a panic monger and I read that is can surpress your lung function. I have a lot of phlegm and a bad cough and unsure if it's wise to take it, scared of suffocating ,but it could be the only sleep i get tonight. I've been taking Imovane for a number of years, including times when I was sick with the cold and flu and never had any problems.
