I prefer the yellow, the breen bars didnt work for me, i didnt feel like i do with the yellow, and still blue ftbls are good too, just my opinion, i havent seen white bars in like 6mo or more. There is a difference the yellow are instant release with different fillers compared to the white which are good but I've found the only good white bar is the one with Xanax on it. In other words they will knock you out much quicker than the white ones especially if mixed with alcohol.
