First day on clonazepam PranaPearlMarch 30, in Wellbutrin bupropion. I began taking Wellbutrin XL mg 4 days ago and the only side effect I am noticing is increased irritability. Please tell me this goes away. I really need this med to work. I'm in the same boat only I have been on about 2 months went from sr to xl and the mood hasn't it stopped and med don't seem to be working give it a month and if it's not working tell your doc. Overall I'm feeling wellbutrin agitation and irritability on it- I haven't noticed any other real side effects. I may be more jittery in the morning, but I have cups of coffee and probably need to wellbutrin agitation and irritability back.
I've been on mg for several years. I have had alot of agitation and am short tempered. I don't know if its me or the medicine to be honest. Otherwise this medication really saved my life.
