I am just wondering if anyone know if it is ok to use creatine while taking adderall. Creatine only affects your muscles increasing muscle retention and ATP availability.

Started by MtAnalogue , January 2, So, I was taking between 40 and 80 mg of adderall every day for about 6 years. After a few weeks even held out a couple months one of the times , I would eventually have to reach for the pills and start back up again.
