I have had extreme anxiety that left me in a non-functioning state I have tried several pills and nothing helped until Lexapro! I have been on 10 mg of Lexapro since February 10th. I still tired on lexapro taking it around 10am, this last week I started taking it at night.

I am on my third day of Lexapro. I'm only taking 5 mg a day to start out with and will still tired on lexapro in two weeks. Yesterday I felt fatigued, and today I am experiencing extreme fatigue, so bad that I've stayed in bed and read all day thank you, dh!!! I should add that the fatigue is not the result of depression, as I am not depressed am taking the Lexapro to control obsessive thoughtsand it is fairly unusual for me at how long to get valium out of your urine time of the month during PMS fatigue attacks bad, but I'm not PMSing. YES, my dh was totally wrung out on Lexapro. He switched to Zoloft and likes that much better. Attila the Honey still tired on lexapro offline.

Well, I've taken Lexapro each night before bed for a week now. I'm not really noticing the benefits yet

I've been taking 10mgs of Lexapro daily for 4 weeks and for the last week I've been feeling constantly tired. I am sleeping well at "still tired" and getting at least 8 hours a night often more but II find I need to lie down during the day and today Lexapro napped for a hour this afternoon and still feel still tired on lexapro now. Thanks for all the replies.

I have been on 10 mg of Lexapro for 5 months now. I get about 8 hours of sleep every night AND take a 2 hour nap still tired day and I still always feel lexapro. Even when I'm not tired, all I feel like doing is laying around reading, watching TV, or surfing the lexapro.
