So after a month on Adderall XR 15mg BD and noticing absolutely no difference between days i took my meds and days i didn't, my doc moved me to Ritalin Methylin cos my provider only approves generics, 20 mg TID This is after a month on Vyvanse and the usual works at first, but not later even with increased doses.
