Pressure adderall high effects blood side

I am 27 years old male. I was diagnosed with adhd in march and since then my doc has been treating me with adderall. At some point I decided to measure my blood pressure just for the sake of it I think it was in Sams club on their machine. To my surprise it was above systolic. My blood pressure is usually OK in the morning. "Side effects" after I take my first dose of adderall it suddenly jumps and it when us the best time to take lexapro there.
