I have taken both, Xanax alprazolam which is short acting, and Ativan lorazepam which is long acting. They both belong to the drug class greek yogurt and adderall benzodiazepines. Xanax worked best for my anxiety and it acts faster. Ativan is stronger from my experience and it has a more calmer effect on medue herbal substitute for diazepam my high tolerance to medications, I prefer it.

Although i ativan have a driver's license, I agree totally with Justjustin. These are prescribed daily meds and once you are sure you are used to them, driving to work and such is a necessity.
