Does anyone use Melatonin to fall asleep? I took Melatonin 5mg for the second time last night at 10pm and I took my Adderall at 10am this morning. I suddenly started feeling anxiety shortly after like uneasiness, felt like I was anxious, but I didn't have any negative thoughts in my brain, it was strange.

And I am still feeling a bit anxious at times today.

They had improved greatly with the medication and like many others had trouble sleeping. We began using melatonin to help them sleep and it worked very well for that purpose. My wife is also a pharmacy technician and was discussing our sons with the pharmacist. He was alarmed that we were giving the boys melatonin with the adderall as melatonin is "is it ok to take melatonin while on adderall" a stimulant. Both of the boys, while diazepam oral dosage for dogs great in school work, still had some behavioral problems. As soon as we stopped the melatonin, those completely went away at school.

I will tell you this to help your friend. If you want the adderall phentermine long term side effects of your system orange juice is the way to go or citracel pills.
