I never did anything else other than Vicodin Norco and Tramadol. YES it will show up on a drug screen. It will not show up as an opiate. I have been on drug court for three years and I occassionally have pain. And so, and will test as so. I only took Norco until I ran out one day and I desided to take Tramadol. He has very bad back pain that is getting worse. My doctor does a monthly drug test on me for my perscription of Norco.
